Saskatoon expecting parents, as well as moms who have had babies in the past nine months, are invited to attend the Welcome Wagon Saskatoon Baby Shower, March 6, 2011, at the Western Development Museum.
The Saskatoon Baby Shower is a bi-annual event that is free for expectant parents and parents with babies six months and younger. Local businesses, civic organizations and health experts will provide attendees with baby- and family-oriented information. Guest speakers will include an obstetric nurse from the Royal University Hospital Labor and Delivery Unit, a lactation consultant, and experts in infant CPR and child safety.
All moms will receive a complimentary gift bag and will be entered into a series of door prize drawings. The grand door prize, provided by Tupperware, is valued at $700.
