This is the tagline (minus the editorializing in parentheses) for Cradle 'n Core classes presented by Snowsellberryhead Studios in Saskatoon. With a fusion of strengthening, stretching and stability, these eight-week classes are designed especially for moms and babies six to eight weeks post-partum and beyond.
The core-strengthening moves are done on yoga mats with babies nearby or actually involved in the exercises. A 45-minute Cradle 'n Core class promises the bodily support you need, emotional support from other moms that you crave and a safe and stimulating social setting for your baby.
