We thank Original Joe's for giving us the inspiration to write parent-friendly restaurant reviews on saskmom.com. If we can save one family from the frustration of being turned away from a restaurant because they have children, then it is all worth it!
On OJ's website it liberally uses such welcoming phrases as "treat you like family," and "serve it up like Mom." However, after dining there numerous times when I was pregnant (admittedly, their Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich and sweet potato fries are craving-worthy), my husband and I were curtly turned away with newborn in tow. Not cool, Joe.
However, if you are looking for a place to watch the game without anyone under the age of 19, Original Joe's is your place.

same here. They do not allow children in their restaurant. Made us very upset. We do not go to this restaurant, even when we don't have our children.
